YSD is leader manufacturer for sheet metalforming machines in China. YSD brand is granted as China Top Brand by China Ministry of Industry. The state-owned company was established in 1958. With 1822 staff including 236 technicians. Since 2008, LVD is one of main share holders in YSD.

2. Product range
For hydraulic press brake (CNC, NC, conventional), bending pressure from 40 ton to 6500 ton.
Bending length for single machine is from 1250mm to 13800mm.
HPF6500/138 (6500Ton, 13800mm bending length) is the biggest ever made in the world.

For hydraulic shear (CNC, NC, conventional), shearing length from 2000mm to 16000mm.
Shearing thickness is from 4mm to 40mm.
YSD have made the biggest shearing machine 13mmX16000mm in the world.

For cut to length line: thickness range from 3mm to 25mm, coil weight max. 32Ton, width 2250mm.

YSD also make Laser cutting machine, power press, hydraulic press, fine blanking press, ironworker, notching machine, ship frame bender, press brake tooling and shear blades.

3.Technology:
The machine is made under ISO9001 terms, CAD/CAE/CAM/CAPP is adopted in design & manufacturing by using EDS-UG software from USA. The machines is made under technology license from LVD, Belgium since 1981. National research sub-center for metal-forming machines is established in YSD factory.

4.Market shares: More than 18,000 sets of press brake and shear have been sold for customers in all kinds of industry all around the world. During the past decades, YSD keeps holding the biggest exporter for metal-forming machines during all Chinese manufacturers.
YSD have more than 85% market shares for big press brake, tandem press brake and big shearing machine in China. In China market, we use LVD-HD or HSDY brand.
YSD hydraulic guillotine shear is the only brand which award GOLD Brand by China Industrial Ministry.

5. For lighting pole/electricity pole/steel tower industry, there are more than 200 pole producer, among which 85% customers use YSD machines.

6.Warranty period
For the main frame and cylinder of the machine, warranty period is 5 years.
For all the components, warranty period is 12months upon shipment.
